I heard some people burn an orange and eat it and it may help your sense of smell and taste come back. I don't know if it works, some people who have tried it says it does but it may be worth a try

I'm definitely not 100% but I can smell a little which means I can taste a little.

Tbh, the clothes would be an improvement. Would hide the wrongness.

Putting clothes on a proper BC would be a crime though.
