If you get the right app you will be able to do it. Pixel used to have it, didn't tell their users about it, decided it wasn't being used enough to bother with and got rid of it.

I shouldn't have deleted the video that I just took so quickly.
I started freaking out because I clicked in the pm envelope thing...
then I couldn't figure out how to turn the recording off quick enough.
