⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

L4-5 surgery twice...wore a back corset 6 months the 1st surgery and 3 months the 2nd time. Took three years to be able to lift a 50 pound feed sack. Lots of physical therapy and muscle building.

@MarkJr asked “sandstone?”

Nice Sedimentary fossil could be sandstone.
I wouldn't wish back pain/injury on anyone.

After an hour of being prodded..... This Dr diagnosed SI joint, left side issues. Nobody has looked there yet..... So hopefully I will be able to get results.

We put that in almost everything! Lot's of salt though.
Yeah for sure but it is good! I also really like this new stuff @Overo Mare told me about last week? Called Dash or Ms Dash or something like that and that’s good too! And no salt I think.

It's great. Unless were making mexican or curry, it is the 'go to spice'. We only use salt for boiling and no black pepper. Not that hot (by our standards) but gives a good spicy base.
Also, if a food is NO SALT, they usually replace the sodium (NA) with potassium (K). Not necessarily bad, just make sure you don't have a restriction there also.

Somehow this got me chuckling.

It is! I’ve been trying to expand from just salt and black pepper 😂🤣🙈 I’ve been using one or both on vegetables and they taste so much better!

And I hadn’t realized or thought of that! :ep Thanks! I’ll have to see if it has that in it 🤔
