I started deleting some of the stupid Youtube videos to save room.
Apparently I have used up all of my free google storage space and I am not paying for more.

I don't know if it does or not.
I just started deleting stuff everywhere.
I couldn't even get emails in my Gmail account until I started deleting.

For Gmail, yes.
It's more of a combined storage limit though, not just email.
I've deleted a lot am am only down to 90% full now.
