That's great. I can't believe how many of my young adult students had no concept of how to do the most basic money management. The didn't understand how much effort it took to earn the money they spent.

I went ahead and paid him for the first 11 weeks of this year too.
this current week is the 12th week and he paid his portion and I paid my portion for this week today too.
Next week he will be required to make weekly payments for as long as he lives with me...one way or another.
His weekly payments will go to the savings account before he is allowed to touch money in the checking account.


The sweet young girl helping us could not believe her ears. (I was explaining stuff to him right there). She actually had to call her boss over to witness what was happening because she was shocked it was actually real. Him being so young.
 
The lady helping us was from Armenia. She was forced here by an arranged marriage. I could have talked to her for hours.
Well.. we were there for almost 2 hours for something that probably could have taken 20 minutes.

Thats awesome. Kids young adults need to be taught to start early. And to know WHY.
Its kinda hard to live a cash only lifestyle. Well if you're not Pablo Escobar
