⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

Are those the ones you're incubating? you can do that? Also pretty eggs
I came close to putting two of the colored eggs into my incubator yesterday.
I may actually go ahead and do it today... Just to do a little experiment.

Did you use vinegar?
I put food coloring in a Starbucks cup... Just a few drops.
Then I put the eggs in the cup... just a few eggs.
Then I added very warm water just to cover the eggs and shook the cup up a little bit.

I let them sit in the water for maybe 5 minutes. Probably closer to just three.

Just warm water and food coloring is all I used.
Yeah, I used vinegar. I used regular food colouring, but I've always read that you put it in vinegar to dye eggs. I know better now.

I used to think that you had to use vinegar too but you don't. Vinegar eats away at the egg shell.
I have not tried it with cold water but I will today.
I just figured hot water would be better for whatever reason.

Regular price $42.
Want to take a wild guess on how much the Kiki price was?
I bought one complete bird bath and then two stands because the top bath parts were broken.
I can turn them upside down and use them to plant a plant in.

I did use a cap full of vinegar when I dyed mine.
