The mini just called me and said this man just hit a duck On the street by where he's at. I told him to just wait for me to get there He's about a half a mile away.


He's pissed because he said the man got out of his car and looked at the duck and then got back in his car and drove off.

You can take it to the vet or call animal control. I don't know about the laws in your area, but around here I think it's illegal to put it out of its misery if it's suffering. :-(
