Not too long ago...a couple of years...a lady was hit and killed on this exact stretch of street.
It's a crap part of road that curves so you can't see far ahead. It's horrible. You would think they'd figure out how to slow people down. With speed bumps or something but nothing yet.

That's awful.
Who's in charge of taking care if the area? The city? Whoever it is, I would complain to them about it and insist they do something.
That sounds really dangerous.

There are 7 million of these ponds with ducks in this city. I don't believe anybody is in charge of tending to the animals that live at these public places.

I don't know... I could be wrong.
I just know that people are not supposed to feed the wild ducks anywhere in the city.
