Yep. So cold. In Houston at least I had a choice to whether I wear a sweater or not.... and the choice was DON'T or you will die, but here you have to wear one all summer. Plus you can't even go swimming here. The ocean is like death. Honestly preferred Galveston even though it has doo doo water.
