Yep, it's here. It used to kill a lot of song birds. The symptom that I noticed the most was dehydration of the bird. I built a pond for them and have rarely seen any song bird deaths since.

I am O+, but I've read a lot on the subject. Blood type might be a factor, fat, cholesterol, and who knows what. They're still trying to figure out what makes some people so tasty that a mosquito will travel a hundred yards or more to home in on that one person.
One claim I have seen over the years is that eating garlic can be a deterrent.
Not sure about skeeters but honeybees can definitely be attracted by the residual scent left by shampoos and conditioners.
You have the most common blood type in the U.S. while I have the rarest.
I'm not quite a universal donor, but mine will do in a pinch for a lot of people. Too bad my veins are so dang hard to find.

My youngest is O+ too, but my husband and other 2 boys are O-. The ones that are O- are largely ignored while we suffer...
Interesting, but my cholesterol is low and great numbers but yeah I got some extra fat they can suck out if they want.
