I used to have to go to Baton Rouge every few years for product training in the late 90's into the mid 2000's. I only got to New Orleans once (I think it was the year before Katrina), but overall, I loved both places. From what I gather they've changed quite a bit.

well I mean raw they’d probably be gross but sautéed up with that other stuff and turned sweet? I bet they’d be delicious!!!
