Ok so a 50' bag of pigeon conditioner is about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of a bag of pellets i know cause when I made my own feed that was the base amongst other things. Its heavy for its size but still. Its a pigeon

Nope. Pigeons are for dog training and to be shot on sight.

1/2 x 3" would look nice 4' high so I could double it and make it about lets say 2 or 3 feet off the floor to the ceiling. Have it sitting on a nice custom made table with doors and maybe a drawer out of mahogany or stained that way with brushed aluminum hardware to match the inside decor
