Actually I got a call right after that. My car I brought in for repairs, they couldn't fix. I had to take a couple busses to pick it up and limp home. I was under it instead.
Went out to get some sandwiches at a local BBQ place tonight. When I opened the truck a gecko was hiding in the door jam. Didn't want him to get smashed so I caught him and tried to let him go in some shrubs but he crawled onto the back of my hand and wouldn't let go. So I went in got DW's sandwich and paid with him hanging on. (All the waitresses had to come see him.) I realized he couldn't come home where it would be him against 9 hens. Into the bushes he went.

It was still in shock from hitting the window.
I'd say poor little feller, but I had a Red-tail trying to get birds last Friday, while I was at work, hours before the PT tester got there. Apparently, it grabbed a bird and the Muscovy ducks jumped it and chased it around the pen. It was trying to climb the fence to get away from them when the roommate saw the commotion.
