I got about 2/3 of the way through my second shoveling of the driveway when the snow plow came along and left about 2' of snow blocking the end of my driveway. At that point, I threw down the shovel and came back inside.

She did, that's why they're replacing it.
I did. I didn't actually leave it there for more than a few steps before I went back and got it. I didn't want to have to put my boots back on to go get it later.
Well, last year, it was working on on floor, but not the other. This year, when it started getting really cold, it didn't work at all. They found a communication issue between the upstairs and downstairs thermostats, so they took the upstairs one out of the loop to get me heat. When I bugged them to get that fixed, they found out that the split AND the electric heat were going at the same time (which explains my outrageous energy bill this month), and they threw their hands up and said they were going to replace the whole system.
