Turkeys need lots of room. If you imprint them as poults they can become real nuisances, into everything you are doing and always underfoot.

It is much easier to imprint them than to not imprint them.

If I did decide that I really want turkeys I would definitely make sure I have enough space, proper housing, etc, before getting them. I've rejected a lot of animals that I've been interested in because I can't or don't want to care for them properly.
