"Jaxson Pole, guard," Jaxson said stiffly. "I suppose you're here to relieve me of this shift?"

"You supposed right. So, move along now, princess. 'Cause I'm not looking to spend all day distracted by this prisoner, and another guard." Lydia told him impatiently, moving over to the cell door and muttering something, trying to remember the code for the door.
She unlocked the keypad after a few seconds and typed in the code, waiting for the cell door to automatically unlock.

Artemis grew more anxious with the recognition of Jaxson's voice. She had been forced to make a choice that either decision would burden her with guilt, she had to have someone to talk with. She desperately wished for someone to guide her in making this decision.

Devine lead the way through a back entrance behind the building, which broke off into many alleyways that faced opposite directions. He chose one at random since he knew they would eventually end up in the center of the city no matter which path they took. They were many confusing twists and turns along the path, which is why he had taken this alley instead of the more direct path he usually took; it would be too hard for Aya to remember the way.

"Wow, you remember that entire alleyway? I literally work on brains and I find that pathway confusing." Aya stated once they had finally exited the alley, chuckling and subtly shaking her head. "Well, thank you for taking me all the way through that. I most likely would have gotten lost and wasted my time."

Jaxson eyed her suspiciously for a moment before turning away, rather reluctantly. He hadn't liked anything about the conversation Myth and Han had had with Artemis, and it pained him to leave her in a cell once more.

Knocking on the cell door, Lydia warned Artemis about backing up before she opened the door to walk in. She knew how important this prisoner was, and didn't want to leave any chances of her escaping ignored.

She walked in with the tray of food, and quickly glanced around the room before focusing on Artemis. And, to be honest, Artemis didn't look as impressive as she thought she would. She looked skinny, and thin, and young. Like some sort of stupid model, not a soldier that should represent the C.M.I. Though, this prisoner obviously didn't do that anymore.

"Hey, since it's evening, I brought you a meal. I'm Lydia Lockhart, the soldier and guard that's been assigned to care for you." Lydia informed Artemis simply, setting the tray on the ground for Artemis to take.
"I was honestly a little curious to see what the big bad woman in town looked like, and I have to admit, I'm not very impressed...But, eh, oh well."

Artemis appeared barely aware of Lydia's presence as she entered the cell. She looked up to see the woman speak, but turned away with a distant expression shadowing her scarred facial features. "I'm not hungry." She said quietly. Without the adrenaline she had while speaking to Mythe Artemis had time to fully understand what would happen, and the weight of that only intensified the physical pain of her injuries.

"You're not, are you? Well, I don't mind, I'll just leave this one here until the next meal and then toss this one out. And if you go all anorexic on me and just refuse to eat, that's not a problem either." Lydia stated simply, seemingly not bothered by her wanting to eat or not.
"You look rather glum. And I can't tell if it's from being caught or something else. So, got anything to say, or can I just go now?"

Artemis wasn't concerned about offending Lydia, there were more important things for her to worry about. "Yes, actually I do." She answered, directing her intense gaze to Lydia. "Caden, is he a clone?"

"Who?" Lydia questioned, wondering if this woman was really in her right mind. But then she realized who Artemis may be talking about,
"Are you talking about that kid that follows Mythe around? I think his name is Caden, so I hope so. Anyways, I don't really know much about that ordeal. I'm just a guard here, they don't care to tell me much...Wish they would, though."

"Yes, the teenage boy who follows Mythe." Artemis confirmed with a deep sigh. "You don't have even the slightest clue whether he is a clone or not?" She insisted quietly.
