King Arkned finished his cider and decided that he could use a walk, so he could clear his mind with fresh air. He got up and left the room, heading to the exit of the castle.

Maurelle set the glasses carefully on the tray, then stood and headed for her rooms.

King Arkned wandered around, enjoying the quiet and fresh air. This was an uncommon thing during the war, to feel peace. Though of course worries nagged him in the back of his mind.

King Princeps was now planning a funeral for the men who died. So many died, more than half of them. He saw doom on the horizon, without a complete army they would lose, and he would either lose his crown and become a peasant, be imprisoned, or killed on the spot. Either way he'd no longer be king and his kingdom would fall.

(Sorry if my posts seem depressing. I'm writing a book that's pretty depressing so I'm just in the mood. XD)

(Sorry guys, I've been really busy, and i totally spaced out.) Hearing this, Ash quickly investigated the rest of the castle. And 1 hour later,"Bingo" Said Ash quietly to himself. Just a few feet away from him, was a large metal door and 2 guards. Ash thought quickly, "What can i do to get the guards away from the door?" then a thought struck him. "I'll dump something on the floor down the hall, then come back and slip thru the door, and hopefully I'll find Cedar." he thought.so he ghosted down the hall way till he found a large jug sitting on a table."Perfect" Ash thought. so the jug hit the floor with a ear shattering SMASH!!! just as he wanted, the guards double timed to see what was wrong. then Ash made his way back to the door. He opened it, took a deep breath and disappeared in to the gloom.
