Maurelle entered, closing the door behind her. "You sound exhausted. When was the last time you had a full night's sleep?" She asked, concerned

Arkned sighed, "It's been many months." He said. "Do you know where Cedar has gone? I'm afraid he went to Pulchra, he wants to end this war. But he has a young mind, he doesn't know there's no peaceful way to end this." He told Maurelle gravely. He hoped she knew where he had gone, but his mind knew that Cedar had wanted to end this war for a long time, and that he had finally attempted it.

(Cedar's the elf in the dungeon at Pulchra, right?)
Maurelle shook her head. "No, I don't know where he is," she said truthfully. "If he did indeed go to Pulchra, he could be in danger."

(Yep.)

"He'll defiantly be in danger. The most mercy the king will show is letting him become a slave instead of killing him. If he doesn't come by midnight I'll send a few men to search for him. If we find him he will have to be punished for doing something so foolish and dangerous." King Arkned said and sighed.

Maurelle frowned. "My dear, if Cedar is missing you ought to send out a search party immediately!"

King Arkned nodded, "Yes, I ought to." He said and got up. "I will tell one of the servants to send two soldiers to Pulchra. He better learn how to be more reasonable and responsible soon, he isn't a child anymore." He said and left the room.

Maurelle nodded in agreement, satisfied with his plan.

(Okay thanks. How did I miss that?)

Ryker knocked on the queens door "Would you like anything your majesty?" He called through the door.
