Hey everyone! I have two fun random questions for all of you guys!

One, what is your dream breed that you want to add to your flock?

And two, how many eggs a day are you getting on these short winter days?

A breed that I would love to have are Black Copper Marans! And we are getting about 4-5 eggs from 7 hens!

One, I really want to get Jersey Giants or some other fun kind of chicken! Two, I'm getting around 11 to 13 a day.

I would love to get some marans or moss eggers. Or both… sadly I have not got enough space
It’s actually summer here so all my girls are laying, but only got for laying hens so four eggs a day

Bantam cochins and booted bantams are my current dream breeds.

I'm getting about 3 a day from 7 Silkie hens. But two are broody at the moment, so they don't really count.

I love to get some Japanese bantams.

I am getting four or five eggs a day. I only have a few hens.

I also have three hens brooding sitting eggs and one with chicks. This one is in the house bathroom sitting in the shower.

I currently have a Midnight Marans and my late April chick order has a Wheaton Marans included.

My "really want" right now is a Salmon Favorelle hopefully I'll do a fall order also and get one then. Hubby suddenly seems to think we need some bantams too...

Out of 7 ladies, 5 are laying semi-regular again so average of 2-3 eggs/day.
