You got the color on that loaf just right! I’m trying out your recipe for the sourdough starter. I used kefir which I got from a guy in Germany years ago. Well, I got a tiny speck which I’ve nurtured since. I’m sure I’ll have more questions, I really appreciate your experience and willingness to share what you know!
