I am baking a variation of the pullman(long square loaf pan with a lid) that has oats in it. Time to turn on the oven!

I'm frying pork chops.

Bread intimidates me if it's anything other than biscuits. I can bake like Martha Stewart and cook like Paula Deen... but when it comes to bread I shy away. Which is odd since it's my favorite to eat. My mother has been trying to get me to try making it myself for years. I did make big soft pretzels once! They were yummy.
