The problem with mine is the second break due to the surgery, is where the tendons attach to the bone. That's where the lag screw goes through the femur just below the node and into the ball of the femur. Rubs on the tendons causing great discomfort, and feels like it's trying to rotate or 'wobble' with every movement. :hmm

That is not a good fix!

Are there plans for correcting the screw that causes the problem?

@007Sean I figure you have about had it with surgeons, but is there any chance for removal of the lag screw either now or in the future ?
I suppose it could be removed but then I would probably have to have a total hip replacement. :( not very happy about that option either....'they', sport doc's, put some athletes back together from far worse injuries....why this fracture is so complicated is beyond my pay grade but there has to be a better 'mouse trap' out there...somewhere?
