Yes, they do that for me when people post attachments instead of full size images. When images are full size they make for a better viewing experience and they are easier to judge.

It is too bad that project managers can't edit like that! I do understand that is is an all or nothing thing when edit rights are added.

I did move three coop articles to member pages this week which is very helpful
