Seriously - several months I had one pulled. Oral surgeon looked like a football lineman with forearms the size of my thighs. I said, "You look like the sort of guy who should be pulling teeth." He never missed a beat and replied, "It's all in the technique - mostly."

I remember offering my wife to the anaesthetist (wedding band removal request initiated it), which made both him and the doctor chuckle. Strangely enough the nurse wasn't impressed with my suggestion, nor the comments both men made about their spouses
