Thats why I say Qualifications instead of Education. I dont have an Engineering degree but I worked as a Manufacturing Engineer before I retired from the field. Oh I did graduate high school. And took a college class or two... When work bored me... but generally I worked my way up.

I dont know the system in the UK though... but here Community college is very inexpensive.

I was thinking more of the ā€˜Developing worldā€ where the majority of young people represent over a third of the proportion of their repsective national populations - thatā€™s where the untapped talent lays. Itā€™s probably a almost a third of the world population - a daunting thought, imo :confused:
