Yes!

Cracks me up and there was a person with a thread to prove it to be true...sadly they did not understand coin flip statistics. you will be correct 50% of the time with guesses like this over time and a large sample. Being correct in a hatch 60% of the time does not prove the method.

I do not hear about egg shape and gender much anymore though
 
Me too. I forgot what other women guessed about me but, I was talking to the baby for 9 mos. and calling her Elena. OB-GYN said if he had to guess after 5 ultra sounds, it was a girl. When I came too after a c-section my mother was holding MY baby son.

Had nothing against boys BUT, none of us were sports fans or even played sports. I thought what will we do with a boy?. Didn't matter he didn't care for sports either just machines (toy or real)leading up to making BIG Bucks without getting smashed, smushed or otherwise damaged. Doesn't care for animals either. Love him just the same.

BTW put up a hummingbird feeder on one of his windows. Maybe he's coming around to animals. :idunno
 
Off topic, but you peeps wanted an update on my new rooster so here goes: He's fantastic.
I keep him separate from the flock, but found out today that he's a lap rooster. He doesn't beg for treats, (He probably never had any before) He Just sat quietly with me today watching You tube videos, and snuggling with me. I called the prior or owner and asked how he was raised, and she said her boss raised him from chick-hood, with his large flock.... Anyway "Jaffar" his name. Is very affectionate to me, and loves air conditioning and You tube Chicken shows. :D
