Absolutely right! There have been times where there was no one around for 1,500 miles and no phone service (middle of the Central and South Pacific) I even forgot that it was my Bday! just another year of wear & tear put on this old robe!

Good morning all!! Cloudy, chilly 65. Tomatoes have ripened!!

Started picking tomatoes about 2 weeks ago. Isaias blew over several of my tomato cages, but I set them back up and the plants don't seem to be injured. Knocked off a lot of tomatoes which hopefully will ripen.

we are about 2 weeks behind you. Our corn was flattened on Tuesday----hadn't topped out yet and don't know if it will be able to survive
