I believe he has a terminal disease but I don't know what it is.
That's not really the point though.
The point is his bible bashing harpy of a wife would rather he suffered a slow painful death because of her beliefs. The doctors it seems do not have a problem with his request to die and now it seems the courts don't either. But, the wife is threatening to sue anyone who helps in an assisted death.

That is wrong if he is terminal, death can be very painful He does have a right to die why does she stay if she thinks it is so wrong .. So she needs to leave
