Wow made the best pizza ever did sourdough crust base was onion, jalapeno, tomato and tomatilla 2 tbls of corn starch to thicken a bit good solid base.
Then bacon, chicken, pepperoni and chorizo .. flavor was great not over bearing just yum..

Suppose to be a nice day here but fall is upon us now ..
Looks like I may loose another silkie the one we call dirt ..
She is quite small.
Was down, head down on the roost this morning brought her in.
also have sourdough muffins in the oven 2 minutes from coming out

Thank you she is gone now.. lost the other in heat we had this year .
As they are just 4 I wonder if the breed is not as long lived ?
