In my city I think there is one restaurant, and the next closest is 10 miles north. 30-40 miles north are a bunch.

We have several Indian food restaurants between Davis and Sacramento.

But your to the point, no nonsense answers are part of your appeal @sourland !
I also feel the need to point out that people will raise a jackass on their farms as protection for their livestock because they'll stomp coyotes and such.
I'd rather have a jackass on my side than a fluffy bunny... just saying.
