Yes they seem just fine but no less after 30 days up there clip one wing set let them go to the main coop. Maybe a few eggs up there before hand?

As in anything it depends upon your goals. There are beagle rescues which are always a possibility. Or you might go to the AKC website and search for recommended breeders.

We would consider a rescue. Will look on the akc website for breeders.
