Well maybe I’ll make some this year using a muffin tin. I used the roasting pan after the roast came out but it only puffed around the edges. It was still delicious and yes the gravy was brown beef gravy.

As long as they are slathered in onion gravy (brown stuff - not that weird white stuff ) who cares? Actually, my sister would eat them with orange juice and sugar - but she was never normal
