That may be but it is an acceptable and recommended bedtime. If you start going to bed at 10 PM you will start waking up earlier and can learn what a beautiful part of the day that morning is.
Yes I know. Kiki said go to bed way earlier than 10 I thought. 10 might be fine but I’m not gonna go to bed at like 8 or something šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ also, that said, I already wake up early 🤣 the dog doesn’t let me sleep in lol although lately he does a little bit more. But when he was a baby I was going to sleep extremely early and getting up extremely early because being a new puppy parent was exhausting 🤣 I still hated mornings. Yes they are very pretty but I don’t think I will ever be a morning person no matter how hard I try 🤣
The night is wonderful too. Very peaceful
Yes exactly. I much prefer the moon and the stars and the cool night air.
That’s only because you have ā€œlittlesā€ just wait til they are teens that stay up all night :th
:lau
That's very true! But I've always been a night owl. 1:00 am is the norm for me to go to bed
Same although I’ve been trying to go to sleep lately but usually it just results in me laying there for hours. When I first got Brew it was between 9-11 every night and I might try to get back there but idk. But I used to regularly stay up till 2, 3, 4am sometimes even later like 5, 6, 7 but not very often.
I go to bed around 10 and get up at 5:30. I would perhaps appreciate the sunrise more if I weren’t so grumpy about seeing it
Even going to sleep at 1-2 or even 10 I still always wake up between 7-9. Actually usually always 7 but then some days I go back to sleep for a little bit and then other days I’m not able to.
@TheDawg
This took me less than 2 minutes to make.
I grabbed a big handful of mixed lettuces.
I dumped a pouch of lemon and garlic flavored tuna fish on top.
A few big slices of bread onion and bell pepper... And a handful of walnuts.
Easy peasy.
But I'm pointing out with my fork is the pouch of tuna fish I just smooth dumped it on.View attachment 2955097
No dressing.

There is a tiny bit of juice in the tuna fish pouch and that is plenty.
🤮🤮🤮

Me too. I do split shift sleeping šŸ˜‚ I get up at dawn for chores and go back to sleep until around 10-11am. I homeschool so the older kids stay up late too, my youngest is just a champion sleeper.
For some reason I sleep way better in the mornings and even just an hour or two I feel way better than a whole nights worth. Idk why. But lately I can’t sleep in 😭 also I’m exhausted right now and may just go to sleep now hahah

I recognize Ted Naimen, I see his name sometimes. He's part of the low-carb community.

Boom with #2 avoid carbs (my fave for the day!) The carb comment to abstain from carbohydrate foods for the morning, definitely, because of the dawn effect, your body's natural response to waking up. His comment about eating them in the evening would be questionable for those with insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome. Unfortunately, this isn't included.

Dr. Cywes' explanation.

Not to be a fear monger, but tuna is so high in mercury these days. If you add in a good amount of fresh cilantro or parsley it can help you remove the heavy metals from fish or imported mushrooms (shiitake from China has insanely high mercury!!!). We eat tuna 3x a year as a treat and buy pole caught mercury tested steaks.

The liver sugar dump is way worse for diabetics, because you get a big high and then a big low. I'm a believer in intermittent fasting and avoiding simple carbs in general. For non diabetic folks the earlier you eat your complex carbs the better. I personally eat a very minimal carb breakfast (eggs and kale scrambled with salsa is my go to), I eat a good sized complex carbohydrate based lunch (usually beans or pulses), and go back to lower carbohydrate dinner (just a simple meat and veggie based meal). I swear I'd be so skinny if I could manage to eat a normal serving size and skip the evening drinks. That's my real issues, I just like to unwind with a drink at the end of the night. I'll get there eventually.

Meant to quote Madam but forgot!

I'm the opposite. I can skip the drinks but not the carbs. I try and do my fiber filled carbs at breakfast and lunch and try to do no carbs at dinner but it's pretty hard for me. I love me some carbs
