The people that are used to eating TV dinners, fast food and Little Debbie snacks...have a hard time switching to healthier choices. They don't know that they can learn to like non processed/bad choices if they just keep trying them.

If I eat canned meat, I usually opt for chicken. I may have canned tuna once or twice a year????

See I just can’t get myself to do canned chicken or anything else. I’ve somehow convinced myself it can’t be safe yet fish can be? IDK
