I also made a batch of fermented kraut. My first batch. Do I eat it chilled or are there any suggestions on how to use it? I read that if you cook it the good stuff dies. Honestly everyone over 30 could use digestive enzymes, we produce less and less as we age and it makes it harder to keep eating certain foods and to fully digest fats.

I made black eyed peas yesterday too and ate it again today! I was going to make a gumbo today but I didn't get around to it.I made new years eve black eyed peas with the leftover ham and bone. Once it's as sour as you want put it in the fridge, you can warm it up, but gently. I love it on sandwiches in place of pickles.I also made a batch of fermented kraut. My first batch. It may not allow like the o2 feature but try a thin wrap of KT tape or vet wrap under the band and see if that prevents the rash ????
Would those help with air flow? I believe that might be my issue, not enough air gets under it and it gets kinda wet/moist and red and then flaky/peeling skin. Like raw. And yes that’s even with it looseWhy not try moleskin on the inside of the band?

You don't have to wear it skin tight nutter.Would those help with air flow? And yes that’s even with it loosealthough I did initially have it tight for a bit which maybe started it then just couldn’t heal with it on? It’s now fully healed so maybe won’t be as bad if I leave it on loosest setting. I do think one with more air holes might be better though. Like mesh or something instead of the rubber.
