Ticker earned… cardio done. Now need to work on drinking more water today. SOMEONE thought it was a good idea to have a drink after a stressful day at work yesterday 🙄

If there's anyone who needs a MORE sissy push up - suggest a wall push up just to get them in the game.

My Jan 5 workout is done - Walk with Leslie Sansone on YT. I'm going to Prescott this afternoon with a friend and we'll also walk around the square while we run errands there.
Those are the kind of push ups I have to do. I can't do regular ones because I have costochondritis. It's an inflamation in the tendons and ligaments that connect the sternum to the rib cage. My first attack, I thought I was having a heart attack but I was young and didn't go to the hospital. Now I have to be careful on what I can do. But chest exercises and weight lifting feel good so thank God I can still do those
