Finally over the flu. Making it my goal to go to the gym every day this week. Apparently there’s a workout called the 12-3-30 workout going viral, and it sounds like something I want to try. You set the incline on a treadmill to 12 and walk for 30 minutes at 3 mph. Good training for ZionI got my hiking shoes last week and I’ll wear them while I do the 12-3-30
