It sure doesn't take long to start losing endurance when you stop doing extra for a while.
I've not excercised much at all since school started again i have been super busy and tired when i get home. Then i got covid and was sick for a week.
Last night i started hula hooping and was exausted in like 5 minutes. 😆
I tell ya'll this to say.. don't set your fitness goals based on your weight. I've not gained weight.. but my fitness level has sure gone downhill in a few short weeks.
Keep doing extra :old

Oh man, same here lady! Not much extra since school started, been sick as well. Will be starting my extra again on Monday
