Welcome to the Fancy Feathered Feet contest!

Do you have a chicken who you think has the prettiest feathered feet in town? Have them strut their stuff, then snap a pic and enter them into this contest! Whether it's the beloved brahma or the dainty d'uccle- any chicken has a chance in this contest!

There are two divisions- a standard breed division and a bantam division.​

1.You can enter in both divisions.
2. Only 1 entry in each, please.
3. And, there will be a winner in both. But one person cannot win in both divisions.
4. Pictures can be old or new, doesn't matter.
5. Chickens only, please.
6. One picture per entry allowed (for easier judging.)

When entering, please include the division you are entering in at the top of your post in bold letters, along with the name, breed, and age of the bird.

Example entry:


Standard breed division

Dottie, light brahma, 3 years old

Enter for your chance to win.....
Bragging rights, and a follow from both judges!! (Hehe...we don't have anything else to give lol.....)

Pictures will be judged on:

• Cleanliness of the chicken's feet, and overall health of the feet otherwise (we don't want to see overgrown toenails, for example.)
• Quality of the picture (PLEASE get a good shot of the bird with it's feet. The pic should be in good focus, with minimal junk in the background.)
• Mass of the feathers (we don't want to see a chicken with only 4 feathers on each of her legs for example.)

I hatched him a few years ago from shipped hatching eggs, and he was my first cuckoo silkie. I was enamored that even the feathers on their toes were barred.

she sadly passed but i personally believed she had the fluffiest feet her bunny and i chose the right name
