Yes, the fan-service is strong with some of her wardrobe choices, but she's probably my favorite character in the show. She's also called Titania, Queen of the Fairies. And the anime is called Fairy Tail. The first season is on Netflix and dubbed. Hulu has most of the rest of them. Funimation just purchased CrunchyRoll but as Funimation produced the English dub all the seasons are located there as well, bar the newest which has not been dubbed yet. Despite the adult looking appearance the show is mainly about the importance of friendship (friendship is the best armor) and sacrifice.
