What breed are they and gender? Was told they are 5 weeks!

They're either satin Silkies or Silkie mixes, depending on source. Need clear photos of the combs to guess at gender. Silkies can take a long time to tell.

So far they are looking like pullets, especially the black one. Until 12 or 13 weeks, the only thing you can really watch is for growth spurts in the comb. After 12 or 13 weeks, male specific feathering on the shoulder and in the saddle area will start to come in on males.
