1 1/2 week old chick HELP please

One of my hens attacked a chick today it’s not wanting to put weight on its leg the feathers are missing where it pecked it. I put some anti microbial spray on it and I have her inside now. It doesn’t feel broken or dislocated. She is eating and drinking, how long should I give her before I make the dreaded decision to cull her. I don’t want her suffering at all. I feel awful she’s my favorite breed also. Please help I’ve never had one injured this young

Can you post photos of the chick standing and of the injuries?

Sounds like the leg is injured and she may be sore at this time. Since she's alert and eating/drinking, I'd treat the wounds and see how well she heals up.
