1 1/2 week old welsummer Chick

Was wondering if anyone had a idea of what this welsummer chick was. I know its still really early but i was ready you can sex welsummers early and was hoping i could get some help with this little chick. I appreciate the help. thank you

It lacks the eye stripe, so I would guess it's a male.

I think the overall color is to dark for a male so my guess is female.

3 week old welsummer now and the combs starting to get alittle pink and slightly big . starting to get a feeling that its a male. what do you guys think?

I’m still holding out that it’s a female. Here is a pic of mine at 2wks 5days. Not the best pic but you can clearly see the cockerel just under the golf ball.

Don’t give up hope yet. If she look like this at 9 weeks then you’ll know I was wrong.
