1/2 oz of wazine in a gallon of water for 16 chickens

Directions say 1 oz for 50 birds so I figure for 16 birds 1/2 oz. very confusing?

I'm trying to clear roundworms up in a 1 year old hen someone gave me. She is passing them in her poo. I can't afford to buy ValbAzen as my husband has been laid off . Safeguard I can get some from friends with horses.

The wazine dosage is universal no matter what size your chickens are; 1 ounce per gallon of water.
Dosage for the safeguard equine paste is a "pea" size amount given orally to each chicken.
