1.5 wk old barred rock roo?

Have 6 new chicks and all the other breeds are feathering in on track. This one has flat wing pattern and no tail feathers. It’s also smaller than the others but they hatched on the same day. Last barred rock turned out to be a mean rooster who ended up in the soup pot. This one is actually my favorite- always comes to me and wants to be held.

Head spot looks female, feathers length means nothing.
Don't hold it if you think it's a cockerel, this behavior wouldnt be something to encourage
