Do you think my barred rocks are roosters?

These are my barred rock chickens. They are about 13 weeks old. I’m beginning to think they are roosters now because of the shiny feathers and green ones starting on tails.

Yes, those are cockerels, but they are not barred rocks. I think they are black sex links.
