I have been putting Rooster Booster no-pick lotion on the others and quarateening the offender at night. Any other suggestions? This chick is going to be out living by itself if it dosen't stop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Right now the little bugger is in an egg basket tipped upside down. Oh, it's cute and all but the other chicks are in terrible shape. I just feel awful. I am going back out right now to get the "bad" egg set up in a solo home.

The thing with the no pick stuff is that you have to keep applying it. Also, do you have a red light on them? That neutralizes the red color of blood. You may have to isolate the offender for a couple of days, not just at night.

I switched the bulb. Figures, the only red bulb I have is a 250W and we really do not need a 250W. They are in my barn and there is plenty of room to get away from the heat if they choose. The adult chickens may like it warmer.

I saw the reptile bulbs at the pet store. What wattages do they come in? I did have a 150W clear bulb in there and they were fine. Do they get as warm?
