1 chicken not being let in before automatic door closes

The past few days I have had one of my chickens who is left out after the automatic door closes. I have placed her in the coop after I find her outside. She is low in the pecking order and I don't know how to remedy this problem.

Emmm, i would put her in the cooop just before the door closes and make sure she doesnt come out!!!! While you are waiting for the door to close, you can watch to see if other chickens aren't chasing her out the whole time!!! Do thi for about a week, and then see if it works!!

I don't know what type of opener you have but I have seen some that can be programmed to open again and allow the stragglers to get in.
