1 day old babies with mites

So I had a hen hatch babies , one of the babies that hatched this morning dried hard and not fluffy so I was wiping her down with a warm paper towels and seen some tiny bugs crawling on her head (assuming these are mites tho I have never noticed any mites and mom or any of the other chicken or babies). What’s the best way to treat them? Im worried because they are only 1 day old but I know mites can kill them too.

I use Sevin-5 sprinkled in the nest where mom and chicks sleep.
