1 day old Chick Hobbles/Splay leg? Help Needed

This lil baby was hatched via incubator yesterday along with 3 siblings. All silkies and shipped eggs.
The lil black one has not walked normal since hatching...it leans to the side and sort of hobbies.
Here's a couple Videos - please advise what I need to do.

No had the liner down and all others are fine.

It says here splayed leg can also be caused by temp fluctuations..etc.

So u r leaning towards splayed leg as the problem? It looks like the right leg does go out to the side...but the left leg just stays up under it n seldom stretch out to stand.

Well it says they can have it in just one leg too..didn't know that till I read it myself.

I turned lil baby on its back to try to determine if legs are same length and what not.
The left leg lays straight out whereas the right leg is curled up underneath body.
I didn't want to tug at all on the right side and just sort of watched as it was on its back.

Hey maybe it was curled in the egg and needs time to adjust? That's another possibility.

Yeah I'm gonna go get some vitamin b complex based on all I've been reading in hopes it will help.
Hopefully others will chime in after work hours to give more wisdom.
